Energy Design
Jesse Thomas is trained in the European Passive House methodology, and is a former Passive House Certified Consultant. He is an expert in the calculation methodology of assessing energy improvements and performance.
Element design offers design recommendations based on best industry practices, and can also provide energy design calculations to inform optimal design.
Affordable Housing
Element Design has collaborated on several low-income housing projects in Jefferson County, WA, including townhouses for working families and tiny shelter villages for the unhoused.
Clients include Olympic Housing Trust, Olympic Community Action Programs and Bayside Housing.
